The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center and within walking distance of shops and cafes. The rooms are nicely laid out with a mini kitchenette and are comfortable, but some cleanliness issues like stained carpet and black marks in the bath affected the overall experience. The service is friendly and helpful, with complimentary breakfasts and a thoughtful touch of switching on the aircon before our arrival. On the downside, there was loud music from a nearby pub on one night. The dining could be improved with more varied breakfast items, but the area offers excellent local produce. The hotel facilities are adequate, with a little courtyard and amenities provided, but with room for expansion.
